Jett, CMA|The first 2 sections of The Basics of Hoshin Kanri are an excellent introduction to the main concepts of Hoshin Kanri. While some of the methods the author uses are different than the approach I use, these chapters are well written and presented at a basic level. The appendices are also very helpful.
